We’re hiring a Spring Machine Setup Technician to set up and adjust spring machines for efficient and accurate spring fabrication. If you’re a problem-solver who’s detail-oriented, this job is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and adjust compression spring machines based on blueprints and setup charts.
• Review blueprints to determine the correct setup procedure for each job.
• Fine-tune machine adjustments as needed to ensure quality and precision.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years’ recent experience setting up spring machines.
• Ability to read and interpret part specifications, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently as part of the setup process.
