POSITION – Electrical Assemblers / Panel Wire
JOB LOCATION – Hartland, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift
STARTING PAY – $20-$26/Hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Diploma OR Equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum of 2 years assembly experience.
The Technician\Assembler is responsible to fabricate and assemble various components and sub-assemblies to close tolerances and strict requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform diversified assembly and erection operations to assemble for all types of water pumping stations, enclosures, and component sub-assemblies or equipment to close tolerances and strict inspection requirements.
- Assembly procedures usually prescribed and operations are recognized as standard practices.
- Do aligning, adjusting and required secondary machining.
- Perform wiring and assembly operations on a diversified line of controls.
- Plan and lay out work having variations in standard procedures when required.
- Cut form and connect wiring in accordance with specifications.

Mathematical Skills
Read & Understand Blueprints, specifications and routings
Self-motivated, be able to work with minimal supervision
