Schedule: 3rd shift, Monday - Thursday, 6:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Loader Operator to join our team in Rosemount, MN. This position plays a crucial role in our mixing operation by safely handling and mixing materials (discarded bakery products), maintaining stockpile areas, and supporting overall plant operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the functionality, appearance, and safety of the equipment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain loader equipment safely and efficiently.
- Mix materials according to established procedures.
- Maintain and organize stockpile areas to support plant operations.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance, including checking tire pressure, oil, grease, diesel fuel, hoses for leaks, and ensuring all moving parts function properly.
- Conduct pneumatic blow-downs as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions and temperatures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
