Position – General Labor
Job Location – West Bend, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift
Starting Pay – $20-$22/Hour
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – Minimum 1 year manufacturing/machine operating experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Safely offload metal parts from flat laser machine.
- Examine laser cut parts for defects or imperfections ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Sort and stack parts according to job specifications, labels or production orders.
Qualifications
- Longevity with previous employers (no more than 3 jobs over last 5 years.)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
