Job Location – Delafield, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift, Days and Hours Vary, Weekends are a must
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $48,000 , 100% Commission
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – N/A
Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience
This Inside Sales Position needs enthusiastic and eager candidates for a full-time opening.
Responsibilities
-Use excellent customer service skills to assist customers
-Use sales techniques and product knowledge to assist customers
-Use professionalism, attention-to-detail, and other qualities to ensure customers have the best buying experience
-Use excitement and passion to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere
Qualifications
-Retail experience desirable but not required
-Must have strong leadership skills, work ethic, excellent communication, problem solving skills, and be team player
-Excellent attendance is a priority
-Must be able to work weekends
