Plover manufacturer is looking to add to their manufacturing team! The ideal candidate will have some prior leadership experience as this position has potential to turn into a lead position! If you love working with people and machines, this is the position for you!

Position – Machine Operator

Job Location – Plover, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) –  1st shift

Starting Pay – 18

Required Experience – 2 years of machine experience is helpful

As a machine operator you will be training in all areas, however focusing on running machines. This position has the potential to turn into a lead position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- loading and unloading machines to run product

- sorting and inspecting finished goods.

- material handling

Qualifications 

- Must have solid work history and attendance record

- Some forklift experience is needed.

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Must have prior food production experience.
