POSITION – Press Operator
JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd shift
STARTING PAY – $20-23/hr, plus .75 cent premium
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
1.Operate metal punch press machines to produce parts as required.
2. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
3. Perform routine maintenance on punch press machines to keep them in optimal condition.
4. Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using calipers and micrometers
5. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating punch press machines.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Metal Punch Press Operator or similar role.
2. Knowledge of punch press machine operations and maintenance.
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
4. Strong attention to detail and quality.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
