POSITION – Process Technician
JOB LOCATION – Osceola, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to- Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) Monday - Friday
STARTING PAY – $20.50 - $21.50 per hour
EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Technical Degree preferred | 5 years Manufacturing | Wire and cable manufacturing desired
This position provides technical support for operators, sales and engineering on machine, equipment, and material processing.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for operators explaining and demonstrating the operation of equipment, material processing, and safety in material handling
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations on process and quality improvement to ensure the delivery of high quality products that exceed customer expectations
- Equipment updates
- Improves processing of equipment
- Actively communicates with Production, Sales and Management
- Participates in daily meetings
- Produces reporting as needed
- Practice the 5’s 1 methodology on the assigned area and common areas
- Problem solving
- Analytical ability
