Position – Production Associate
Job Location – Hartland, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8:00am – 4:30pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $17-$19 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing operations
The Production Associate will be responsible for many tasks and must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and complete tasks through to the end.
Responsibilities
-Review product labeling, prior to start, ensuring allergen listing and accuracy
-Monitor product packaging and case packing for code date accuracy and quality
-Monitor ingredients and levels of ingredients and packaging and communicate with purchasing
-Keep machinery, equipment and production room clean and sanitized per sanitation schedules and document required information
Qualifications
-1 years of Food Manufacturing Experience, as well as Forklift experience and certification
-Must have the ability to operate various tools and equipment including bar code scanner, computer and pallet jack
-Ability work independently, as well as part of a team
-Must have good numerical skills, accurate weighing and ability to accurately calculate weights and measures.
