POSITION – Production Associate
JOB LOCATION – Fredonia, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift -flexible start times!
STARTING PAY – $18-22/hr per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
1. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to aid in the production process.
2. The Production Associate will assist with quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
3. Work in various departments depending on skillset such as industrial sewing, assembly or machine operating.
4. The Production Associate is expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
5. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
6. As a Production Associate, you may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the production manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
