Position – Production Specialist / Printer
Job Location – Menomonie, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:00am – 3:00pm M-F)
Starting Pay – $15.50

We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals for our night shift printing team. As a Night Shift Printer, you will be responsible for operating and trouble-shooting printers, assembling orders, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. You will work in a clean, organized, and supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards
- Load and unload paper into commercial printers
- Follow detailed work instructions and meet daily production targets-
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production or printing setting preferred, but not required
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work a full-time night shift schedule
