Job Location – Elmwood, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am–4:30pm, Mon-Fri)
Starting Pay – $60-80k/year Depends on Experience

Required Experience – At least 5 years of experience, must know AutoCAD, must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

This role involves AutoCAD detailing, project coordination, material procurement, and ensuring on-time, high-quality project completion. Responsibilities
- Create precise shop and erection drawings using AutoCAD based on design specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and materials to ensure smooth execution from bidding to completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to align project requirements and resolve issues.
- Oversee procurement and logistics, including purchasing materials and scheduling deliveries.
- Maintain thorough project documentation while monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with at least 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in project management within the construction or fabrication industry.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for project coordination and site visits.
