Position – Roll Tender
Job Location – Hartland, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 3rd shift (7:00pm – 7:00am) - 12 hour shifts with weekends included - must be flexible as working days changes every 3 months
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $18-$19 per hour

The Roll Tender assists and follows direction of the 1st and 2nd Pressman in the operation of a lithographic printing press.
Responsibilities
-Assists in operation of press and ensures product meets exact specifications and standards
-Performs any maintenance on press and keeps area organized/clean
-Works with pressman to ensure job specifications and paper slices are correct every time.
Qualifications
-Knowledge of terminology, job flow, and job tickets of press operation
-Basic math skills and strong mechanical aptitude
-Good communication skills
-Ability to operate fork and clamp trucks preferred
