Position – Packaging and Forklift Shipping Associate
Job Location – Eau Claire, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm, Mon-Fri)
Starting Pay – $19/hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – Must have prior experience in Manufacturing, Must have 3 years of Forklift experience
The Packaging/Forklift Operator is responsible for compiling and shipping orders, operating a standup forklift, and maintaining packaging supplies. This role requires working with hand and power tools, following safety protocols, and ensuring quality control.
Responsibilities
- Compile, package, label, and ship orders while inspecting for quality.
- Operate a stand-up forklift and other equipment as needed (certification provided).
- Maintain stock of packaging materials and ensure the packaging area is organized.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while using hand and power tools.
- Communicate professionally and work independently to meet shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, or packaging equipment.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Attention to detail for quality control and labeling accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled hours (M-F, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
