Position – Shipping Coordinator
Job Location – Hartland, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-To-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8:00am – 4:30pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $25-$27 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience
The Shipping Coordinator schedules, packs, and prepares customer orders for shipping, receives material and equipment, and loads and unloads trucks according to established procedures and shipping regulations, meeting customer delivery requirements.
Responsibilities
-Lead and direct work flow of the group; ensure customer order and product match
-Load and unload trucks on a daily basis, while inspecting bills of lading, as well as quantity and quality of products
-Enter truck and LTL shipment information into MO log portal
Qualifications
-HS Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience
-Computer skills with shipping documents, drawings, bills of materials, and MS Office
-Use of language, math, and reasoning skills
