We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Shop Person, CDL Driver, and Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This role involves operating trucks and heavy equipment, performing light mechanical maintenance, and tracking tools and equipment using a computer. If you have a clean driving record, a CDL, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply!

POSITION – Shop Person | CDL Driver | Heavy Equipment Operator

JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, Wisconsin with travel to various worksites

STARTING DATE – ASAP

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, flexible start time between 6 : 00am–7 : 00am)

• OT more common in the Summer months

STARTING PAY – $28-$32 / hour DOE

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or equivalent required, technical degree preferred, or equivalent, relevant work history

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Prior experience driving truck and trailer, Valid CDL with clean driving record, experience with heavy equipment operation
