Position – Specialty Machine Set Up Operators
Job Location – Richfield, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st & 2nd Shifts
Starting Pay – $17-$20/Hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Machine Operator ensures machinery is operating properly and confirms with company quality, quantity and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate specialty machinery to custom print or label jars, bottles, tin cans, etc.
- Adjust machine for screen or label changes, quality issues or other varying needs.
- Communicate with team members to ensure continuous and high quality production.
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of machine set-up and troubleshooting is required.
- Ability to follow proper safety protocols.
- Reliable and punctual.
