Position: Order Selector – Warehouse
Duration: Full Time, Temp to Hire
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Hours: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, M-F, or until job is done
Starting Pay: $20.00
An Order Selector is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a warehouse. This role typically involves working with inventory systems, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Job Responsibilities:
· Read and understand order forms, invoices, or pick lists to select the correct products.
· Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or conveyor belts to retrieve items.
· Ensure accuracy in selecting, counting, and verifying products before packing.
· Stack and wrap pallets securely for transportation.
· Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols.
· Meet productivity goals and deadlines set by management.
· Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to streamline the fulfillment process.
· Identify and report damaged or missing items to supervisors.
· Assist with inventory control, restocking, and organizing merchandise as needed.
· Will be assisting customers at Will Call
Qualifications & Skills:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or order picking is a plus.
· Ability to lift and carry heavy items (often 50 lbs).
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
