Weekend Creative Designer
We are looking for a motivated Production Specialist to assist with creating and preparing designs for printed materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who is just starting their design career and eager to learn about the printing process.
Position – Production Specialist/Creative Designer
Job Location – Menomonie, WI
Starting Date - AsAP, Immediately
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time OR Part-Time
Work Hours (Shift) –
Weekend Shift-Full Time (Fri, Sat, Sun 9am – 9pm) - Work 36, paid for 40! *Training on 1st shift during the week*
Part Time (Sat & Sun, 3pm-3am)
Starting Pay – Starting at $15.50

Required Education – None
Required Experience – None
You will use Adobe Illustrator produce high quality customized print items while working closely with the production teams to ensure the final products meet the required standards.
Responsibilities
-Assist in creating simple designs and layouts for print
-Prepare files for printing, ensuring they are set up correctly for production
-Follow guidelines to ensure all designs meet client or brand specifications
-Support the team with revisions and design updates
-Organize and manage files for easy access and version control
Qualifications
-Experience using Adobe Illustrator would be excellent, but not required
-Willingness to learn about print production processes
-Team player with good communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
