We are seeking skilled MIG & TIG Welders to join our team. As a MIG or TIG Welder, you will be responsible for using metal inert gas welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal structures and components. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various types of metal and be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components and structures.
2. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
3. Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques for each job.
4. Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
6. Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role.
- Ability to operate welding equipment and tools effectively.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
