POSITION – Welder
JOB LOCATION – North Prairie, WI (train in Hartland, WI )
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift
STARTING PAY – $22-$27/Hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Diploma OR Equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of Pipe Welding / Robotics experience
Responsibilities
Lay straight beads
Adjust the Welder voltage and wire speed to application
Identify and repair weld defects such as Porosity, Undercut, Cold Lap, etc.
Weld on rotating positioners.
Operate a Plasma Cutter
Finish Welding
Robotics welding
Open table Fit Up
Qualifications
Work well as a team with little to no supervision
Pipe Welding experience
.035 Solid Wire, .045 Flux Core
Open Root
Read a tape measure and blueprints
