Field Equipment Installation and Technical Support Expert
We are seeking an experienced Field Equipment Installation and Technical Support Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and technical support of customer equipment in the field and remotely. You will work closely with customers to ensure successful project outcomes and provide exceptional technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and technical support of customer equipment
- Machine start-up and training of customer personnel
- Travel to customer sites as required
Requirements:
A two-year electro-mechanical degree or one to three years' experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is desired. Microsoft Office applications are required.
