As a Manager and / or Senior Manager, you will be responsible for :
Leading the delivery of projects, potentially working across several clients in the Middle East, and if required, supporting overseas engagements.Supporting business development activities, working with Senior Managers and Directors to develop proposals for practice-related opportunities.Recognizing opportunities for Sia Partners to expand their offering to existing clients.Building and maintaining your own external professional peer networks.Contributing to thought leadership, working on blogs and the development of Sia Partners assets, including methodology and tools.Supporting marketing campaigns and overall external positioning of Sia Partners across social networks.Facilitating your own learning and specialist subject matter knowledge whilst supporting Associate Managers and below to further develop their knowledge and consulting skills within the practice.Working closely with other teams within Sia Partners to share information.Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues' performance and development.Developing your specific service expertise.Qualifications :
Candidates must have 10 years of experience in management consulting with increasing managerial and responsibility roles.Candidates must possess knowledge of strategy development and implementation, process reengineering, business analysis, organization turnaround, and market regulation.Candidates must have an entrepreneurial spirit and team spirit, be results-driven, and dynamic.A Master's Degree is preferred.Project management skills : ability to manage a team, meticulous organization, independent work, and judicious regular updates to management.Develop and Execute Strategies : Formulate and implement business development strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.Build and Maintain Relationships : Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, industry partners, and stakeholders to enhance our business network.Business proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.Willing to relocate to Dubai or Abu Dhabi depending on the project.UAE nationals are encouraged to apply.Additional Information :
