Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the Company -

A really exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic HR team working for a leading player in the AI machine learning space based in their US headquarters in Seattle, Washington.

The business provides high quality data solutions to support the development of AI and Machine learning models. They collect, evaluate and provide data to support natural language learning with a global network of contributors.

About the Role -

This role is to support the business globally within the HRBP space. They are looking for someone who is at the top of their game and is confident delivering strategic support as well as the day to day business partnering.

Responsibilities -

• You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior leadership, a large proportion of them will be based in APAC.
• You will have a strong background in leadership development, building and defining plans to maximize the opportunity and potential of the business.
• You are comfortable supporting leadership through complex issues, offering advice and coaching them on decision making.
• You will need to create capability frameworks and success profiles.
• You will own the retooling of talent management and building out an excellent Employee Experience proposition.
• You will own and define the review of the organization values.

Qualifications-

• Relevant qualifications that demonstrate your skill and deep knowledge within the HR and coaching space.

Required Skills -

• Strong global experience as an HRBP
• Strong background in leadership development
• Previous experience in strategic project management
• A deep understanding of US Employment Law, as well as a strong knowledge of the complexity of the employment market in Asia.
• This role would suit someone who wants to make an impact and deliver meaningful change.

Pay range and compensation package -

The role is paying 140,000 - 170,000 USD

Excellent benefits and bonus.

Hybrid, but would consider remote for an outstanding candidate.

Due to the timezones you are working with, you will need to be based on the west coast of the US.
