What You’ll Do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for complex and algorithm-heavy features, aligning them with broader company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, UX design, marketing, and customer success—to define, build, and launch impactful product experiences.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-facing solutions that drive business value.
- Lead discovery and validation efforts with customers and end users to ensure solutions address real-world pain points and deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Partner with UX to create experiences that make advanced capabilities intuitive and accessible, regardless of user technical proficiency.
- Define and track product metrics, using qualitative and quantitative data to iterate and improve.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer while also being a trusted thought partner for technical teams.
- Champion technical innovation while ensuring alignment with usability, performance, and scalability needs.
- 7 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years working on technically complex products (e.g., machine learning, data platforms, APIs, analytics tools).
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and customers, translating insights into action.
- Strong technical literacy—you don’t need to code, but you should be comfortable discussing algorithms, model performance, data structures, and API behaviors with engineers and data scientists.
- A deep understanding of product discovery and user-centered design, with the ability to craft compelling user journeys even in complex domains.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
