Screen Print Catcher/Press Assistant

Catching/Finishing

• Catch and neatly stack shirts at the end of the dryer
• Quality control, maintaining print placement standards
• Organize shirts by size for packing
• Fold into 12’s or 3’s, depending on the garment
• Box, tape, label, and deliver to designated area
• Keep area clean and organized

Requirements

• Must be able to set up, take down, and print jobs on an automatic press throughout the day with or without the aid of others
• Must be able to perform repetitive motion on a daily basis with arms, wrist, back, and shoulders.
• Requires the ability to lean over tables in order to fold garments
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Desire to work hard
• Positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and take initiative to lead
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work assigned shift- attendance is required
• Basic Math reasoning skills
• Lifting Ability; up to 25-50 pounds continuously; Push/Pull Ability: up to 150 pounds assisted
• Capability to work in a fast-paced work environment that may have fluctuating temperatures and loud noise levels while working with machinery and chemicals in a safe and conscientious manner
• Must be able to adhere to safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
