SEEN Safety is a global leader in workplace safety technology, helping protect workers around the world from serious harm. We’re expanding our existing presence across USA and Canada and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Houston, Texas to join our high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and engage businesses operating heavy mobile machinery near pedestrians
• Follow up on inbound leads and develop outbound sales opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle including pilots, demos, and closing deals
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to cross-border customer success
• Engage with industry regulators, associations, and channel partners
• Maintain CRM activity to achieve or exceed KPIs and sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B sales experience (safety, industrial, machinery sectors ideal)
• Experience working with H&S managers, operations leads, and executives
• Self-motivated and confident working remotely and independently
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and written formats
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based tools and CRMs
• Valid driver’s licence and full work rights in Texas, USA
