If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.The Role This role is 100% dedicated to supporting Seer’s Client team, seamlessly integrating as an extension of the Client team, providing assistance in both scheduled and spontaneous initiatives that bolster the SEO program. This role will work with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering on SEO strategies that drive the needs of the business. They will directly impact the growth of the client by helping more businesses transform the way they work. Must be willing to travel up to 20% of time to be present On-Site with client located in the Northeast.Important to Note : This role is a temporary, full-time opportunity, and is tied to a client contract that runs through December 31, 2025, with the possibility of renewal in 2026. While we're excited to find someone to join us on this journey, it's important to note that this position depends on the continuation of the client’s contract. If the client decides not to renew, the role may come to an end.Role Highlights Conducting keyword research and mappingOptimizing content to ensure SEO compatibilityUndertaking ad hoc analysis and generating relevant reportsParticipating in meetings and presenting as requiredPerforming basic quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure the integrity of launchesImplementing changes and updates within the Content Management System (CMS)Own driving timely project completion by actively managing dependencies and ensuring stakeholder alignmentPosition Specifics Attend weekly team meetings to discuss business updates and ad hoc support neededAttend meetings with Product Owners and other Client team members to divide and conquer tasks, including pulling data to support internal asksAttend weekly calls with Analytics teamKeyword organization such as : Regular keyword tracking updates and modifications & research supporting new keyword trackingContent publishing and implementationOwn updating pages and adding snippets throughout the websiteProactively identify opportunities to optimize poorly ranking pages for high-value keywordsManage the content process for both Client and Seer-driven outline process flows and centralizing managementEssential Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience5 years of relevant work experience in digital growth marketing5 years of experience designing and managing brand campaignsPreferred Qualifications Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills / experience may be equally valuableExperience growing subscription businesses either in B2B or B2C environmentStrong understanding of the technical infrastructure needed to deliver multi-touch attribution, remarketing and other advanced campaignsExperience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partnersExperience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, prioritization, etcExcellent process and project management skills with the ability to set goals and systematically prioritize growth initiatives60 Day Goals By Day 30, you will have completed DIV training and begun to support this client 50%By Day 60, you will be up and running at full capacity, supporting this client 100% alongside your Account TeamThis might not be the right role for you if Time-management, context-switching, and juggling multiple priorities is quite challengingYou do not want continued-learning and innovation to be an expectationChange management is difficult and you struggle with adapting to new tools and processesAs a B-Corp Certified organization, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
