Seer are currently on the lookout for a talented Senior ML Researcher with experience working with AI, ML and Deep Learning for an emerging BioTech Start-Up.
Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy generative learning models on AWS and GCP.
- Run ML training and inference workloads parallelized across thousands of GPUs.
- Build machine learning tooling and library code that enables an efficient, flexible, and scalable platform.
- Integrate feedback from biological labs performing large-scale experiments on proteins and cancer cells.
Required Experience:
- A degree in computer science, applied mathematics or computational biology.
- 3 years of experience building and running deep learning models.
- Experience with Diffusion Models, Flow Matching or LLMs.
- Experience with Protein Generative Models is a plus.
