What You’ll Do :
- Monitor and Verify Global Events. Identify, vet, and document real-time security incidents and developments with global implications using OSINT best practices
- Write with Impact. Produce concise, insightful situational summaries for high-impact and planned events that support decision-makers across sectors and geographies
- Support 24/7 Global Coverage. Operate within a follow-the-sun model, including occasional weekend shifts to ensure around-the-clock intelligence delivery
- Deep Research. Research news and open-source media and extract key details (e.g., casualties, damage, disrupted sectors) using the Seerist methodology
- Peer Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing. Support colleagues, participate in peer reviews, and help raise analytic and operational standards across the team
- Contribute to Reports. Identify trends in data and work to advance analytic narratives to inform and protect the client’s decision space
- Undergraduate degree
- Background in international relations, political science, regional area studies, or journalism
- Proficiency using OSINT tools and digital verification methods
- Experience in political, operational, or security risk intelligence
- Strong English-language skills with the ability to draft short, grammatically correct products under deadline pressure with minimum editorial oversight
- Comfort working in fast-paced teams with dynamic priorities and distributed workflows
- Demonstrated collaboration experience (peer reviews, cross-functional teams, team projects)
- Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback
- Flexibility for occasional weekend shifts to ensure seamless global 24/7 operational coverage
- If required, the ability to modify work schedule to better align with the standard business hours of another geographic region to ensure 24/7 global events coverage
- Flexibility – we’re a small company that is rapidly evolving to meet client needs
- 2-5 years in military or law enforcement intelligence, GSOC, newsrooms, or investigative analysis roles
- Experience in structured analytic techniques (SATs), threat assessments, or finished intelligence
- Fluent in English-language with a high level of proficiency in reading and writing
- Multilingual research capabilities (e.g. Arabic, Spanish, Russian, etc)
- Strong written communication skills – ability to write for senior clients under deadline
- Proficiency in a range of computer skills and technologies
