Job Description Summary :
This position is responsible for the timely reconciliation of specific cash bank accounts, preparation of journal entries, daily cash analysis and activities in Company's CashPro banking system.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $30- $32 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
Job Description : Key Responsibilities
- Bank reconciliation for all shops.
- Reconciliation of petty cash for all shops
- Prepares monthly cash adjustment entries for General Ledger inclusion.
- Opens and maintains shop bank accounts.
- Responsible for weekly funds transfer
- Miscellaneous deposit preparation
- Daily Cash book analysis rotation / wire processing
- Responsible for Stop Payments on See's Disbursement Accounts
- Review Positive Pay exceptions and present for approval
- Assists with various special projects as assigned by Management
