Shifts available: Monday - Friday 10:00am -6:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
- Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.
- Assemble electrical components, sub-assemblies, wiring using rivets, bolts, soldering or stud-welding equipment.
- Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Position, align, or adjust work pieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly.
- Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.
- Clean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.
- Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.
- Assemble parts to specifications, using drills, calipers, cutters, or saws.
- Confer with supervisors or engineers to plan or review work activities or to resolve production problems.
- Inspect or test wiring installations, assemblies for operation and record results.
- Laser marking or engraving of stainless steel. Filling the engravings with epoxy for specific markings.
- Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
- Prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
- Calipers: 1 year
- Blueprints: 1 year
- Electrical Testing Equipment: Multi-meter: 2 years
- Installing components: 1-2 year
- Electrical Assembler: 1-2 year
- Technical school a plus
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
