Our company culture
Working at SeeScan is unlike working for other companies of our size. While we have the stability of a larger company—we’ve been in business for 40 years and sell our products worldwide—the SeeScan environment feels like a smaller, tight-knit community. Our casual, people-first culture goes hand-in-hand with our focus on the talent and potential of our employees. Our investment in employee success is reflected in the longevity of most of our team – more than half of us have been here for over five years, and nearly a third have been here for over ten. We’ll give you the tools you need to succeed, and we want to see you grow with us.
What we’re looking for
Across our organization, we’re looking for people who embody our values of continuous learning, passion, and fairness. Whether you’re designing the latest tech, building our products on the production floor, or keeping our business running and profitable, we want people who approach problems with a can-do attitude and who are eager to be part of a team.
