Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of a 5-year experience in the construction industry with commercial and/or institutional general contractors engaged in general building and civil construction.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in government contracting is preferred.
- AAS degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field, or a Journeyman status in a building trade (e.g., Carpenter) with progressive responsibility supervising construction.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, and other software used in the construction industry.
- Current safety credentials, including OSHA 30, 1st Aid, and CPR.
Work Environment
This role involves working on construction sites, in offices, and traveling to different project locations. You will be exposed to construction site conditions, including weather, noise, and potential hazards.
