Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Position Summary

The role of the Compliance Analyst is to prepare, review and submit accurate and timely gaming licence applications and renewals and to ensure that the gaming licences and approvals are maintained through compliance with the respective licence conditions and / or requirements.

The Compliance Analyst is to conduct due diligence investigations as required to determine the suitability of potential customers and distributors.

Essential Duties

• Prepare, review, and submit timely gaming licence applications and renewals on behalf of Sega Sammy Creation (Corporate Applications) and all employees (Principals, Sales Executives and Technicians);
• Maintain repository of regulations, standards and policies pertaining to regulatory, shipping, and technical compliance;
• Assist with research and analyses of gaming regulations (regulatory, shipping, and technical);
• Communicate with Sega Sammy Creation employees regarding their filings;
• Update all necessary schedules for Sega Sammy Creation employees (i.e., new licenses obtained, residence changes, etc.);
• Communicate with Service Staff on a weekly basis to ensure Sega Sammy Creation Technicians are complying with licensing and any other requirements to access casinos;
• Responsible for the accuracy of Corporate and Personal information held and disclosed;
• Conduct due diligence investigations into potential customers and distributors through extensive internet searches and targeted research;
• Complete all required administrative functions including but not limited to data entry, filing, archiving, cheque requisitions, scanning and arranging couriers and appointments.
• Provide support to the Compliance Department as required;
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports;
• General administrative support for the Compliance Department; and
• Other duties as assigned.
