We are a dynamic boutique creative agency, serving some of the world’s top financial institutions. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager. Must have agency experience or experience in graphic design. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple details and priorities with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help oversee team projects, ensuring deadlines, milestones, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Maintain clear, positive and effective communication with clients and team members.
• Draft concise meeting summaries, emphasizing key action items and next steps.
• Assist in day-to-day project management and administrative tasks.
• Help coordinate and schedule meetings for internal teams and clients.
• Assist with project budget management and tracking for meetings and events.
• Provide occasional on-site support for events and installations in New York City and at times out of state may be needed.
• Obtain estimates for event materials, merchandise, and promotional items.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools as needed.
• Use sound judgment to escalate issues or seek executive input when appropriate.
• Remain agile and ready to adjust priorities in response to client demands.
• Exhibit a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
• Creative agency experience or experience in graphic design.
• Based in New York City (or commutable distance for occasional site visits for events or installations).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the graphic design process, particularly in creative production.
• Seeking an attentive and empathetic listener who can effectively understand and respond to the needs of colleagues and clients.
• Knowledge of Airtable, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Social Media platforms and Figma is a plus.
• Highly organized and adept at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows if needed.
