Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Managed Services Engineer .
Role Overview :
Managed Services Engineer - Voice is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and support of Segra Voice products and solutions. MSE-Voice will work with cross-functional teams including project managers, voice, and data engineering teams to support project and installation including the provisioning, implementation, turn-up, troubleshooting of TDM, Converged PRI, SIP, and Hosted Voice products. MSE-Voice will support Segra functional teams as part of the installation schedule. This position will also support Managed Services as part of an on-call rotation. This position requires a strong working knowledge of Broadsoft, META, and Rev.io Odin provisioning platforms. Strong interpersonal and soft skills are essential, and the MSE-Voice will collaborate one-on-one with customers and vendors during installations . Additional responsibilities include supporting product and service installations for an initial 72-hour window.
