Internship Details and Learning Experience:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic People Services Intern to work with our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will:
Assist us with automating employee files, I-9’s and other HR documents.
Conduct a thorough audit of employee files ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Support the planning and executive employee engagement initiatives.
Specific degree or skill requirements/prerequisites:
Majors: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Preferred Experience: Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests is crucial. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Attention to detail is crucial, with an emphasis on anonymity while working with sensitive employee data.
