What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager Intern position at Segra?
Internship Details and Learning Experience:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager Intern to work with our dynamic Disconnect team. In this role, you will:
Manage WFM Customer Disconnect orders, task assignments, skipping and/or completing Project Management disconnect tasks.
Add/Remove orders from Disconnect Priority List.
Interact with internal teams for closure of internal team tasks.
Work closely with Project Managers in the Disconnect organization.
Focus on Disconnect Projects, including porting TNs for MetaSwitch Project
Specific degree or skill requirements/prerequisites:
Majors: Pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
Preferred Experience: Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests is crucial. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. CRM training when T2 is/is not required. Ensuring Billing is accurate once WFM Customer order is closed (with minimal training).
