Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Right of Way and Contract Specialist II.
Role Overview:
Provide support to the Facilities and Operations business teams, with a specific focus on facilities agreements, utility agreements and easements. Manage the relationship between Segra entities and utility companies for pole attachment and conduit use. Actively seek to strengthen these relationships while monitoring Federal and State policy that impacts these agreements. Conduct initial review office leases and service agreements for work at office locations and utilize standard forms for new vendor onboarding. Support the Operations team in the delivery of projects on time by providing an objective review of need for easements and permitting challenges and presenting solutions to facilitate improved timelines.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience:
- 5 years’ experience reviewing agreements and regulations in a utility or other highly regulated setting.
- Key Competencies:
- Strong analytical, communications, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and the ability to collaborate effectively with business colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to recognize other parties’ objectives and motivating factors to help resolve conflict and streamline work.
- Competent in all Microsoft applications and Adobe Professional.
