Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced VP, Supply Chain Management . Ideally, we would like for this person to reside in one of the following areas : Charlotte, NC or Kansas City, MO. However, we are open to considering other locations.

Role Overview :

The Vice President of Supply Chain Management will have overall strategic, tactical and operational responsibility for Segra's end-to-end Supply Chain Management organizations. Leads the day-to-day operations of strategic sourcing and category management, purchasing and procurement operations, warehouse, distribution, and logistics, inventory management and inventory planning. This position will also establish the strategic direction of the supply chain functions with a focus on efficient and effective processes and systems.

This position will collaborate with all segments of the business, leading a team of highly skilled Sr. Directors of Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing and Procurement Operations, Inventory Planning, and Warehouse Operations and Logistics to ensure we are meeting internal customer expectations identifying and documenting new and updated processes, dates, schedules, budgets and requirements. The VP, Supply Chain will develop weekly Dashboards to keep the Executive Leadership Team informed of project statuses, priorities and potential risks. This position will also be responsible for developing an eighteen-month rolling project forecast in anticipation of business needs.

The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience leading and managing supply chain operations and strategy within the telecommunications or technology service industry. Important elements of this position include forecasting, demand planning, purchasing and strategic sourcing, vendor management, material and inventory management, logistics and distribution through the full life cycle.

This is an executive leadership position responsible for developing and executing strategies to build processes that optimize cost and performance and create rapid growth, propelling Segra to the next level.
