Position Summary
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The Financial Analyst is responsible for a variety of financial activities including forecasting, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required for this role. Additionally, the ability to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner is essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in annual budget, monthly financial reporting, and forecasting process
- Evaluate financial performance of assigned Affiliates by comparing and analyzing actual results compared to budget, forecast, prior year
- Partner with Affiliate Finance and Operation leaders to develop key insights on business performance
- Work closely with the Affiliate Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support continuous improvement of financial reporting, budgeting, and modeling processes
- Identify ways to improve profitability and propose operational improvements to managers
- Develop financial models and clearly communicate results through clear, concise verbal and written reports
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
