Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and implementation. The Salesforce Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions to optimize Salesforce functionality and meet business requirements.
- You’ll be closely working with Business & Systems Analysts, MuleSoft developers, and other Technology & Marketing groups on a daily basis. You will be a part of technical design sessions to develop & integrate technical solutions to the best leverage Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integration with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create workflows, triggers, and page layouts to meet business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Perform data migrations, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Manage large datasets and optimize data architecture for performance
- Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand business requirements.
- Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing.
- Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for custom development and integrations.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
- Implement Salesforce development best practices and ensure scalability of solutions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Solid experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model and security principles.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware for system integrations.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes for Salesforce development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
