Responsibilities:
- Prepare 10-K and 10-Q disclosures, with ownership of filings
- Analyze data from multiple sources to ensure disclosures are complete and accurate
- Review supporting documentation for reasonableness and accuracy
- Prepare and analyze internal quarterly reporting for C-suite executives
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and analyses throughout the year
- Develop disclosures and related processes for technical accounting matters
- Prepare monthly share count and earnings per share reconciliations
- Prepare periodic sustainability deliverables, including external disclosures
- Consolidate monthly subsidiary submissions of revenue and accounts receivable
- Provide support for Investor Relations, Treasury, and Board of Director reporting
- Participate in ERP consolidation system testing, report development, and implementation
- Contribute to annual industry and other reporting surveys
Requirements:
- 2 years of professional experience
