Segue Inc. is a respected non-profit outpatient mental health facility that has been dedicated to delivering exceptional mental health services to the residents of Jackson and Hillsdale counties in Michigan for more than three decades.
We are seeking a Mental Health Intake / Treatment Plan Coordinator who will play a crucial role in our mission to connect individuals with the care they need. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the intake process, ensuring a smooth and empathetic experience for clients seeking mental health services.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, criminal justice, or a related field.
- a minimum of one year experience in a mental health or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Experience writing treatment plans, and conducting psychosocial assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Electronic Medical Records experience preferred.
- Familiarity with iPads, cell phones, computers, and other technology is a must as you will use this technology daily.
