Position Summary :
Segue Technologies, A Tetra Tech Company seeks a Senior Database Engineer to support the Enterprise Business System (EBS) Program at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Through an Agile Approach, our team delivers Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI / CD) capabilities in support of the AFRL mission. This is a full-time hybrid / remote positions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Lead team of Oracle database administrators and engineers in administering Oracle 19c databases.
- Perform Oracle database administration; analyze and optimize database performance utilizing indexes and dynamic tables to improve application response time.
- Maintain, upgrade, test and implement patches and security measures to safeguard Oracle databases.
- Modify existing database structures to support new requirements for government applications.
