Job Description
JOB TITLE: Tutor WAGE/HOUR STATUS: Hourly Rate
REPORTS TO: Campus Principal PAY GRADE: Temp
DEPARTMENT: Campus DAYS EMPLOYED: Per Schedule
DATE REVISED: December 2024
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Support students in K – 5th grades in the core content area assignments, projects and review of class assignments.
Collaborate with campus staff as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
High School Graduate
Current enrollment in a post-secondary education institution (preferred)
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
Thorough knowledge of content;
Effective organizational skills;
Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish);
Ability to relate to a cross-section of people on a professional and personal basis;
Flexible approach to work assignments;
Must provide own transportation.
