JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : Crew Member
Reports To : General Manager
SUMMARY
As a crew member at Cosmic Express Car Wash, you will play a vital role in delivering an out of this world car wash experience to our customers and demonstrating the small-town hospitality we strive for. You will be responsible for various tasks including prepping vehicles for wash, guiding customers on to the conveyor belt, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and general maintenance of the car wash facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : include the following.
- Customer Service and Company Culture :
Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Thoroughly prepping vehicles with a brush and soap to remove excess dirt, debris, and trash.
Directing and guiding customers vehicles onto the conveyor system using appropriate hand signals in a safe and efficient manner.
Advise customers on wash packages and membership offering.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility by keeping the tunnel clean, walking the property to make sure it is free of trash or debris, and ensuring trash is taken from the vacuum areas to the trash bins.
Ensure the site is kept highly organized and free of potential safety hazards.
