Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Quality Inspector to join our client´s team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all maintenance program requirements, conducting aircraft inspections, and supporting quality leadership in maintaining airworthiness.
- Research and capture all maintenance program requirements, including Inspection Programs, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness.
- Conduct thorough inspections and analyze maintenance documentation to determine the exact configuration of specific aircraft.
- Organize and deliver detailed maintenance reports to customers.
- Support Quality Inspectors by performing inspection duties and returning aircraft to service as required.
- Ensure all work packages, maintenance records, and regulatory documentation (FAA, FAR/CAA, etc.) are accurately completed and approved.
- Perform walk-around inspections for aircraft release and verify all airworthiness requirements before return to service.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance performance and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License (required).
- 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate or commercial jets).
- 1 year of experience on Bombardier aircraft (preferred).
- 1 year of experience as an Aircraft Quality Inspector (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and planning skills to resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting high-quality standards.
- Experience using measurement tools, hand tools, and test equipment.
- Proficiency in interpreting regulatory documents such as FAR, CAA, FAA AD, SB, CFR, and TCDS.
- Working knowledge of SAP and maintenance tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
