What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Assembly Tooling Supervisor position at Segula Technologies?
Qualifications :
- 35years experience with automotive assembly plant Chassis Tooling.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering education.
- Manufacturing process & launch experience is preferred.
- Project Management experience (35 years)
- Must have strong leadership behaviors high accountability attitude strong communication skills ability to lead by example and coach / mentor team members to improve the team performances and results
- Mastery of geometry assessments (technical documents and processes).
- Management of scheduling organization and internal processes for the launching phase activities.
- Knowledge of Automotive Manufacturing processes and trades (stamping welding painting and assembly)
- Knowledge of the BCI product design fundamentals
- Knowledge of APQP / PPAP and Change Management processes.
- Selfmotivator with a strong passion for automobiles and appreciation for quality.
- Basic understanding of statistics and root cause problem solving.
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills a must!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
- High level of proficiency in English (speaking reading writing)
